Technology Support Center (Help Desk)

We can also be reached via email at help@oswego.edu , via phone at (315) 312-3456, or by walk-in. The Technology Support Center office is located in 26 Lanigan Hall (ground floor). Hallways are marked with signs to point you in the right direction, no matter which of the four building entrances are used. If you call after normal business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

1st Week (8/24/08-8/30/08):

Sunday, 8/24: 1pm-7pm
Monday, 8/25: 8am-7pm
Tuesday-Thursday, 8/26-8/28: 8am-9pm
Friday, 8/29: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday, 8/30: 12-4pm

2nd Week (8/31/08-9/6/08):

Sunday, 8/31: Closed
Monday, 9/1: Closed Labor Day (No Classes)
Tuesday-Thursday, 9/2-9/4: 8am-9pm
Friday, 9/5: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday, 9/6: 12-4pm 

Remainder of the semester (9/7/08-12/20/08):

Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm
Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: closed

Our recorded status line is accessible at (315)312-5678. If there are major outages or other items of interest for our users, we will post them there. Important service alerts for the campus are also available online.
