Chyrisse Conte has been the head coach of the Oswego State softball team for 12 seasons, since taking over the reigns of the Laker progam in 1995. During her time as coach, the Lakers have produced a two-time All-SUNYAC honoree in Kelly Izzo (1998, 1999).
