Re:          Promotion Awards

I am pleased to announce that beginning this year the amount for promotion salary increases will be $2,500 for promotions from assistant to associate professor and $3,000 for promotions from associate to full professor. A promotion in rank signifies a high level of accomplishment in meeting the five criteria in departmental, college and discipline expectations for the new rank. These salary increases will recognize those levels of accomplishment.
