Dr. Wan received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2008. He also has an MBA from Virginia Tech and a BE from Peking University in Beijing, China.  Dr. Wan's research interests include empirical corporate finance and corporate governance.  His teaching interests include Corporate Finance, International Finance, and Investment.  His dissertation was titled "Two Essays on Corporate Governance", and he has several working papers involving stock market liquidity and investment banking compensation.
