Dr. Huonker received his BA and MBA degrees from New York University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona.  Appointed in 2000,  Dr. Huonker teaches courses in management, organizational behavior and theory, and human resource management.  His research interests include the impact of organizational strategy on performance; the management of relationships between professionals and organizations as well as inter- and intra-organizational collaboration and competition.
