Dr. Pamela Cox received her BA degree from Colgate University, her MBA from SUNY Binghamton, and her Ph.D. from Syracuse University.  Appointed in 2000, Dr. Cox teaches courses in organizational behavior, business organization and management, international business and human resource management.  She is also Coordinator of the Gateway to Business course.  Dr. Cox's research interests include perceptions of technological competence of women in medicine and improving the effectiveness of classroom teams.
